All teachers and parents are aware that the move from primary to secondary school can be quite a demanding time for children.
Here at Litherland High School, we aim to ensure that we make the transition from Year 6 to Year 7 as stress free and smooth as possible. We have established excellent working relationships with all local primary schools with our teachers visiting schools and teaching in lessons in some schools. Students also get the chance to visit us here at LHS to take part in curriculum taster sessions.
We have a Taster Day in July so that students can sample what life is like at LHS. We also have an Induction Evening where new students and parents can attend and find out all about school life at LHS. Students will receive a welcome pack giving details of all essential information
The following guide will help to explain the processes that you need to complete to apply for your child to come to Litherland High School.
