Reporting and Parents' Evenings

Parents and carers receive a 'Progress Report' once every half term and an 'End of Year Report' during the summer term.  The information contained within the reports for students in Key Stage 3 is 'Target Level', 'Current Working Level', 'Learning Profile' and 'Homework'.

A key to 'Learning Profile' and 'Homework' is incorporated into the report.  Ebacc subjects are colour coded in relation to progress towards the end of year target.  The information contained within the reports for students in Key Stage 4 is Target grade, Current Working Grade [Year 10], Professional Judgment Grade [Year 11], Learning profile and Homework. Professional Judgment Grade is the predicted grade for the end of year 11.  All subjects are colour coded in relation to progress towards the end of year target.  End of Year Reports contain the above information and a comment from the class teacher.Parents and carers are also invited to attend a Parents’ Evening to discuss progress with class teachers.
