The 12 wellbeing Ambassadors have received specific training led by Relate Merseyside and Cheshire. The aim of this programme is for the Wellbeing Ambassadors to help build resilience amongst their peers. They will be available every lunch time in L12 should students need their support.
Wellbeing Ambassadors Key Objectives:
- To lead students activities during Mental Health & WellBeing week 2018
- To promote Mental Health and Wellbeing in local primary schools
- To promote Mental Health & Wellbeing on social media – students have their own page
- To fundraise for school to run events for local community
I wanted to be a Wellbeing Ambassador to help the younger years feel more comfortable in school. We're there so teh pupils have someone to talk to other then teachers.
