Business Administration Apprentice

Salary Dependent on age of apprentice, minimum £7 per hour

Contract Type 30 hours pw, term time + 5 days
Contract Term Fixed term: initially to successful completion of qualification, reviewed annually thereafter
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and positive Business Administration Apprentice to join our highly effective team from September 2025, to provide additional support to our administration team in our main office. This role will require you to work within a team of 4 administrators, covering the front reception desk to welcome visitors to the school, answering the main school telephone lines and directing calls to the appropriate colleagues as well as undertaking a range of other administrative duties. This will allow you to develop a range of knowledge and skills to support you in the successful completion of your Level 3 Apprenticeship, and pursue a career in Business Administration within or outside of the education sector.
The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or the equivalent functional skills qualifications), experience in an administrative or customer service role and most importantly, will have outstanding communications skills with a positive and resilient nature.
